Marketing Coordinator

About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and proactive contractor to support the Office of the Chief Marketing Officer within a Global Fortune 500 Technology company (Intelligent Devices Group). This role will drive coordination, operational excellence, and execution across key marketing initiatives. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities, and collaborates effectively with global cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Project & Program Management Coordinate cross-functional projects across marketing, product, and operations Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to drive on-time execution Support global stakeholder alignment Identify process improvements to increase efficiency Operations Support Assist with business reviews, status updates, and team meetings Manage multiple workstreams and maintain project trackers/documentation Drive follow-ups to ensure completion of deliverables Executive & Communication Support Develop presentations, briefing materials, and meeting notes Prepare teams for key meetings and milestones Communicate clearly with stakeholders across functions and regions Qualifications 3–5 years in project management, marketing ops, strategy/operations, consulting, or similar Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Detail-oriented with the ability to work through ambiguity Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project tools (Smartsheet, Workfront, Wrike, Monday.com preferred) Collaborative team player with ability to work independently Nice to Have Experience supporting marketing or go-to-market teams Experience in global/matrixed organizations Exposure to executive presentations and business reviews Interest in technology or marketing strategy #J-18808-Ljbffr
