Marketing Coordinator

As a key member of LeChase’s marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing department in ensuring that the company’s brand, core values, and culture is reflected across a wide range of communications. RESPONSIBILITES Perform numerous public relation efforts including drafting releases, submitting to appropriate news sources, tracking all clips, and managing corporate communications announcements. Responsible for all corporate branded items, event support and back up, general support on assembly of sales packages and RFP responses as needed. Participate in internal meetings including support in preparation of agendas and accurate notetaking for follow up items. Provide basic writing support and proofreading skills, basic graphic design support and some administrative duties as needed. Perform all other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Education/Experience: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field strongly preferred. 1+ year of relevant professional experience preferred. Excellent grammar, writing skills, editing skills, and proofreading skills. Strong oral and written communications skills. Proficient computer skills with solid understanding of MS Office software. Basic knowledge of InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, and Photoshop software preferred. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently under direction and guidance while managing multiple deadlines and projects under deadlines. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Position is based on site in an office environment.
