Legal Billing Coordinator

Legal Billing Coordinator - Hybrid / Boston, MA Our client, a global professional services organization, is seeking a Legal Billing Coordinator to support billing operations for a portfolio of internal stakeholders and clients. This role focuses on invoice processing, account management, reporting, and resolving billing-related issues in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Process, review, and distribute invoices. Monitor billing activity, outstanding balances, and account status. Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to inquiries. Submit invoices through electronic billing systems. Prepare reports and perform billing-related analysis. Support account reconciliations and maintain billing records. Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing. Qualifications 5+ years of legal billing experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs). Experience with Elite 3E preferred. Experience with e-billing platforms preferred.
