Field Supervisor

Field Supervisors oversee quality inspection teams deployed at customer facilities. You will manage daily operations, coordinate staffing, ensure compliance with work instructions, and serve as the primary point of contact for client site management.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor on-site Quality Technician teams
• Coordinate daily work schedules and staffing for assigned projects
• Serve as the primary contact between QLS and the client's plant management
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality protocols
• Conduct on-site safety briefings and ensure PPE compliance
• Escalate critical quality issues to the regional operations manager

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in OEM production environments
• Familiarity with QLS Dot or similar project tracking platforms
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
