SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST
Us Naval Sea Systems Command
Qualified candidate must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (or GS‑13 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent private or public sector experience leading acquisition events and overseeing negotiations in the pre‑award and post‑award phases of contracting to perform cost analysis, review justifications, and advise revisions in compliance with applicable laws and contractual provisions.
