This position focuses on written customer interactions and administrative support rather than live phone calls. You will help customers receive clear responses, ensure requests are documented properly, and keep assigned tasks organized.

Requirements Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through approved live-chat and messaging channels.

Qualifications
