As an Account Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products, programs, and solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account activity, and sales opportunities using company systems
- Monitor and manage key sales metrics, including sales volume, revenue, gross profit, customer retention, and new business development
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Initiate outbound calls and emails to generate leads and drive business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective account management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or business development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and team members
- Valid driver’s license
