Account Representative - Grand Rapids, MI (Hybrid)

We're seeking an Account Representative to join our Sales Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone, email and chat
- Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service
- Learn our products and help customers find the right solutions for their business needs
- Cultivate assigned sales territory to achieve sales growth and support customer retention efforts
- Troubleshoot issues and guide customer through product usage
- Ensure accurate customer records

- A customer-first mindset demonstrated through prior customer service employment experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfort working with technology and ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems
- Adaptable and solutions-focused outlook with a desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment
Our Hybrid Work Model
The first 8 weeks will be 100% on-site in our Walker office for orientation and training. Afterwards, a hybrid schedule consisting of 3 days in the office per week (including every Wednesday) and 2 days per week remote is available.
Pay: Base + commission role- Opportunity to make up to $54,100/year
