Job Qualifications:

• Current or recent experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or senior kitchen leader in full-service casual dining, bar and grill, or themed casual concepts
• Strong working knowledge of food production, food safety standards, and kitchen sanitation practices
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop back-of-house talent
• Highly proficient in verbal and written communication
• Comfortable with basic Microsoft Office; POS system experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure
• Commitment to a structured, high-volume kitchen environment requiring 55+ hours per week
• Energetic, upbeat leadership style with a results-driven mindset

Job Responsibilities:


As the Sous Chef in Fargo, North Dakota, you will:
