Position Summary The Pro Tem Project Coordinator/Research Assistant will work within the Supporting Effective Evidence‑Based Practice Delivery (SEED) Lab, which focuses on the development and testing of strategies that facilitate implementation of evidence‑based practices for youth mental health problems in routine care settings. Under the supervision of the lab director, the Project Coordinator will oversee the day‑to‑day management of SEED Lab research projects that aim to understand and enhance clinical decision‑making. The Project Coordinator will work on a team of graduate students and undergraduate students as well as external collaborators. This position is a 12‑month Pro Tem Faculty limited‑duration appointment, with the possibility of renewal for a second year dependent on performance and availability of funding. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's in psychology or a related field. 1 year research experience in psychology (can be volunteer, part‑time, or full‑time). Professional Competencies Excellent organizational skills related to research project management and high attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively. Knowledge of basic research methods and human subjects research. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to meet deadlines, anticipate needs, prioritize multiple tasks, and follow through on tasks to completion. Ability to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds as well as to develop knowledge of and respect for those from a broad array of cultures and backgrounds. Proficiency with multiple forms of information technology, including web-based, word processing, data entry, managing electronic information, and database administration. Preferred Qualifications Subject matter expertise in psychology. Previous youth mental health services research experience. Previous human‑subjects psychology research experience. Experience with data collection software and programs (e.g., Qualtrics, RedCAP, Covidence), statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R), and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Access, SharePoint).
