Now Hiring: Food Service ManagerLocation: Louisville, KYEmployment Type: Full-timeAnnual Salary: $50,000.00 plus potential bonuses of $8,800.00Sign-on Bonus: $1,000.00 paid after completion of 6 months Liberty Food Service Inc. is a family owned unique business that operates cafeteria and vending services in packing plants. We are seeking a reliable, motivated, experienced Food Service Manager for our Louisville, KY location.Key Responsibilities: Overseeing preparation of quality food along with proper quantity available per company standardsManage operational numbers such as, sales, food cost, and labor percentHiring and training cafeteria workersRunning daily / weekly computer reportsTaking accurate monthly inventoriesTaking bank depositsPreparing work schedules for employeesQualifications:3 years previous experience in food service managementKnowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practicesFood safety certificationValid USA driver's license requiredMust be 18 years or olderBenefits:Paid VacationPaid Holidays401K Plan with 401K Company MatchHealth InsuranceLife InsuranceLong Term Disability InsuranceFree meals Free Uniforms
