The Recruitment Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This role offers hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, supporting onboarding activities, and participating in employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition. Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 3 points and have access to a vehicle for work purposes. Must have proof of car insurance. Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Or a related field Minimum of 2 years work experience in any people facing role. Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred. Interest in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition. Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Professional and customer-service-oriented demeanor. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn HR systems.
