Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounts receivable
Provide backup support for accounts payable
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and reporting
Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries
Perform light financial analysis as needed
Process and review employee expense reports

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in accounts receivable is required
Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Experience with Excel pivot tables is a plus

Salary Range

$55,000-$60,000 annually
