I'm currently working with a leading global financial services firm in Manhattan that is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team on an immediate basis. The client is a leading global financial services firm with a strong presence in Manhattan, recognized for its fast-paced, high-performance culture and sophisticated international operations. They are currently seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support hiring across key business areas, partnering closely with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Description Manage full-cycle recruitment across assigned business areas Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple channels and tools Coordinate and facilitate interview processes in a timely and efficient manner Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and ensure data integrity Extend offers and support onboarding coordination as needed Provide market insights and hiring updates to stakeholders Ensure a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process Profile 2-5 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency) Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience within financial services or corporate environments preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Proficient with ATS platforms and sourcing tools Job Offer This is an excellent opportunity to step into a high-performing, fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in supporting hiring across multiple business areas, partnering directly with senior stakeholders, and driving end-to-end recruitment delivery.
