We're searching for a Pathologist Assistant Operations Coordinatorsomeone who knows what it means to lead, support, and elevate a PA team not just today, but for the future of the profession.

What You'll Be Doing:

This role is 75% administrative and leadership-focusedyou'll be at the helm of operations for the PA team, streamlining workflows, coordinating schedules, supporting compliance, and ensuring the lab is not just functioning, but thriving. The remaining 25% is bench work, where your technical skills will still be put to good use, keeping you close to the action and connected with the team.

But this isn't just about what happens in the lab.

We're looking for someone who has helped build or support continuing education initiativesthink lunch & learns, sessions driven by attendings, or even developing CE programs that can be offered to a broader staff audience. If you've got experience in pushing the profession forward, you'll fit right in here.

What We're Looking For:

• 35 years of leadership experience, ideally in a clinical or pathology setting
• Certification as a Pathologist Assistant (required)
• A passion for continuing education and professional development
• Someone who brings both vision and structure when it comes to program development
• A supportive leader who knows how to keep a team moving forwardtogether
