Lee Arnold System is looking for a Business Development Consultant to join our sales team in downtown Coeur d’Alene. You’ll work with warm, qualified leads — no cold calling — who have already expressed an interest in real estate investing, education, and building their financial future.

Your job is to understand where they are, where they want to go, and whether one of our programs can help them get there.

And yes, this is a sales role. You’ll have goals. You’ll make calls. You’ll follow up. You’ll ask for the sale. And when you perform, your compensation reflects it.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with warm, qualified leads by phone, email, and other communication channels
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each prospect’s goals, experience, challenges, and next steps
• Recommend Lee Arnold System education, training, and real estate investment solutions based on client needs
• Build trust and create strong client relationships throughout the sales process
• Consistently follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline
• Close sales and work toward individual and team performance goals
• Maintain accurate activity and client information in HubSpot
• Collaborate with a sales team that values accountability, energy, improvement, and results

Requirements:

You May Be a Great Fit If You...

• Have at least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or another relationship-driven role
• Are comfortable spending a significant part of your day talking with people
• Know how to listen, ask good questions, and move a conversation toward a decision
• Are motivated by goals and performance-based compensation
• Follow up consistently without needing someone to remind you
• Can hear “not yet” or “no” without losing momentum
• Enjoy learning, coaching, and continually improving your approach
• Thrive in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment
• Take ownership of your performance and results

Direct real estate experience is helpful, but it is not required .

Some of our strongest candidates may come from backgrounds such as:

• Insurance sales
• Banking, lending, or financial services
• Real estate
• Retail or automotive sales
• SaaS or software sales
• Account management
• Call centers or phone-based sales
• Customer service
• Door-to-door or other high-activity sales environments

Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is a plus.

Compensation

Competitive base compensation + uncapped commission
