Support students and make a real impact in the classroom setting as a Personal Care Assistant Substitute. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 or small-group support to students, aiding academic, social, and behavioral progress
• Assist teachers and school staff in implementing daily lesson plans and classroom routines
• Help students with personal care, daily transitions, and participation in school activities
• Follow IEPs, behavior plans, and established support strategies
• Monitor student safety, promote a welcoming atmosphere, and encourage positive classroom engagement
• Support mobility and supervision needs throughout the school day

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Completion of TB testing in accordance with school district policy
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Willingness to obtain or update required clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, child care, special education, or behavioral health settings
• Experience supporting children with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certification is a plus but not required
• Reliable, patient, and team-focused approach
