Manager of Staff Operations (RN/NP)

MedSquirrels is seeking a Manager of Staff Operations (RN/NP) on behalf of one of its clients. This role focuses on leading staff operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring efficient, compliant day-to-day operations within a growing healthcare environment. Clinical decisions remain under the supervision of the Pharmacist-in-Charge.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily staff operations across departments
• Supervise and support multidisciplinary teams
• Coordinate workflows to improve efficiency and performance
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards
• Drive operational accountability and process improvements
• Collaborate with leadership to scale operations
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and development

Qualifications

• Active RN or NP license (KS and/or MO eligibility)
• 5 years of healthcare management experience
• Background in infusion therapy
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing teams and multi-department operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
