Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry Nurse in Macon, Georgia. This position involves providing comprehensive care in a busy, team-oriented environment, with proficient management of cardiac drips and telemetry monitoring. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Position: RN - MedSurg/Telemetery
• Location: Macon, Georgia
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred; a minimum of 2 years of recent MedSurg/Telemetry RN experience; proficiency in cardiac drips is required; experience working with EMR systems such as EPIC; experience managing trach care, chest tube management, PIV starts, glucometers, and common drips (Insulin, Heparin, titrated to HR); ability to float across Med/Surg and Telemetry units as needed; must be proficient in cardiac drips; float: Float rotation may be required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Certification in medical-surgical nursing is a plus.
• Other Information: 1-day orientation including educational modules, followed by 2 days of departmental training. Scrub color: RN - Navy; LPN - Ceil Blue. Free parking available. The unit culture is busy and team-oriented.
