About This Role The Nurse Residency Program at Adventist HealthCare is a year-long experience designed to support new graduates in their transition to professional nursing practice. Ideal for recent nursing graduates, this program provides mentorship and structured learning to ensure a successful start in their nursing careers. Highlights Pay: $37.00 - $55.00 Location: Rockville, MD Facility: Adventist Rehabilitation - Rockville Schedule: Full Time with occasional weekends and holidays What You’ll Do Attend all assigned learning activities and clinical experiences. Complete all clinical and classroom assignments maintaining an 80% minimum passing grade. Rotate shifts according to program and/or preceptor’s schedule. Work closely with preceptor, CNS, educators, and program coordinator to maximize learning. Participate in regular evaluation sessions to provide feedback on individual performance and the Nurse Residency Program. Complete an Evidence-Based Practice Project prior to program completion. Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited ASN, BSN, or MSN program within 12 months prior to cohort start date is required. Experience No RN or LPN experience required. Licenses & Certifications Licensed as an RN in the state of MD or compact state is required prior to start date. BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
