Bartender

We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented hospitality professional to join our team restaurant and bar, Franklin on 2 to create a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest. In this role, you will prepare and serve beverages with consistency and care, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with people, works well under pressure, and takes pride in delivering excellent service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards Provide friendly, attentive service to guests at the bar and in surrounding service areas Take drink orders accurately and communicate effectively with guests and team members Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and professionalism Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar, tools, and equipment Restock supplies, glassware, and ingredients as needed throughout the shift Follow all safety, health, and responsible service guidelines Support a smooth, efficient service flow during busy periods Qualifications Previous experience in bartending, beverage service, or a similar hospitality role preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and focused Basic math skills and accuracy in handling transactions Knowledge of common cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and beverage preparation techniques Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Preferred Attributes Professional, approachable, and team-oriented demeanor Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to remain calm and courteous in a busy setting Enthusiasm for delivering excellent guest experiences What We Offer A supportive and energetic team environment Part-Time position with flexible schedule Not late hours, start at 3pm and bar closes at 10pm Opportunities to build skills in hospitality and beverage service Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications A workplace that values professionalism, teamwork, and guest satisfaction If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating great experiences for guests, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
