Position Process Improvement Manager Client Direct Client Duration 12+ Months (with high possibility of extension in FY) Location Austin, Texas (Hybrid - On Site and Telework) Responsibilities Translate optimized processes into functional and non‑functional specifications for a new modular or low‑code technology solution. Work with product teams to ensure process requirements are reflected in the design and architecture of new tools. Conduct an end‑to‑end review of selected business processes across designated departments or functional areas. Engage stakeholders to gather insights on process pain points, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Document "As‑Is" workflows and analyse them using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Design optimized "To‑Be" workflows and transition plans. Provide data‑driven recommendations to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance functionality. Establish metrics to track improvements and ROI. Facilitate working sessions, process mapping workshops, and training as needed. Collaborate with IT and operations teams to align process improvement plans with system capabilities. Support the development of implementation roadmaps and change management strategies.
