Regional CDL-A Truck Driver - Home Weekly Reset

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers for a Northeast fleet based in West Springfield, MA. This position offers consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically operate regional freight from Northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturday and Sunday.

• Sign-on bonus: $4,000
• Pay: $0.80–$0.85 per mile
• Home time: Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
• Average mileage: Approximately 1,500 miles per week (dependent on hours and freight availability)
• Average length of haul: ~400 miles
• Performance bonus: Up to $0.03 per mile based on safety, mileage, and productivity (up to 3 CPM)
• Additional pay: Stop pay ($20 first stop, $35 second stop, $50 third stop and beyond), Long Island delivery pay ($65), detention pay ($12.50/hour after 2 hours)
• Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO
• Top earnings: Top regional drivers on this fleet earn up to $1,850 weekly

Lane details

• Drivers run a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network. The primary operating area covers Virginia through Maine, with typical freight moving from Northern North Carolina up to Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio.
• Occasional routes outside the primary area may be assigned to maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time. Drivers who opt to stay out instead of returning home for their reset may be eligible to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay.
• Willingness to drive in New York City is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Meets DOT safety and medical requirements
• Willingness to handle live loads and preloaded trailer freight
