Traveling Housekeeping Manager – Hilton Experience Required

Pay: $35.00/hour | Weekly Pay
3-Month Task Force Assignment
Travel Position | Immediate Opportunity

We're hiring an experienced Housekeeping Manager for a 3-month Task Force assignment at a large, full-service hotel. This is a leadership position for someone with strong hotel housekeeping management experience who can step in and immediately support a high-volume operation.

The property features 324 guest rooms and approximately 30,000 square feet of banquet and event space.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations for a 324-room hotel
• Lead and support Room Attendants, Housepersons, and housekeeping staff
• Manage room assignments, productivity, and daily staffing needs
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality
• Ensure rooms are ready according to hotel standards
• Train, coach, and support housekeeping employees
• Monitor inventory, linens, supplies, and equipment
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and hotel leadership
• Help manage high occupancy and large banquet/event periods
• Address guest concerns and operational issues professionally
• Maintain Hilton cleanliness, safety, and service standards

Experience Required

• Previous hotel Housekeeping Manager experience REQUIRED
• Hilton experience REQUIRED
• Experience managing housekeeping operations at a large, full-service hotel
• Strong leadership and employee management skills
• Experience managing room productivity and quality inspections
• Comfortable working in a high-volume hotel and banquet environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to step into an operation and lead with minimal training
• Flexible availability based on hotel needs
• Must be willing to travel for the full 3-month assignment

Assignment Details

• $35.00/hour
• Weekly pay
• 3-month assignment

• Travel expenses to and from the client facility are covered
