Project Coordinator

Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: Wall Township, NJ (On-Site, Full-Time) Our client is a growing technology company in the safety solutions space supporting clients across Education, Government, Healthcare, and Public sectors. The Role We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join a fast‑paced team. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, keep documentation up to date, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and serve as a point of contact between clients and internal teams. This is a hands‑on coordination role—great for someone who likes process, structure, and staying on top of the details. Responsibilities Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation Track milestones, deliverables, and action items throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture notes Provide weekly status updates to stakeholders and clients Manage project dashboards and workflows in Monday.com Support resource planning and procurement coordination Identify scope changes and flag for internal review Support UAT and project closeout activities What We're Looking For Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage 6-8 projects at once Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with Monday.com or similar tools a plus Technical aptitude or SaaS experience a plus PMP or similar certification a plus but not required Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Compensation $60,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr JFR Staffing
