Preferred Qualifications10+ years of experience in Information Technology with a strong focus on the Supply Chain domain.5+ years of formal people leadership experience in a technical environment, with a proven track record of managing and developing both leaders and senior individual contributors.Balanced Leader (50/50 Business & Technical): You possess a deep, credible understanding of the SAP Supply Chain ecosystem (EWM, WM) but your core strength is in people leadership, process management, and stakeholder engagement. SAP TM experience a plus.Proven Delivery Experience: Demonstrable success leading the technical delivery of large-scale, complex enterprise projects in partnership with Business, Product and PMO organizations.Exceptional People Leader: You are passionate about building teams, mentoring talent, and developing career paths. Your past direct reports would describe you as a supportive and effective manager.Master's Degree in a related field is a plus.Job SummaryDirects and manages the work of associates through management teams that develop, implement, and/or support technology solutions for an enterprise business portfolio. Provides strategic guidance to leadership to ensure the operational stability of technology systems and that technology solutions meet the short- and long-term needs of the organization.Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key AccountabilitiesDirects multiple teams focused on technology development and support activities to ensure technology issues are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner in accordance with governance and security processes.Reviews the progress of technology efforts and removes roadblocks impeding work efforts.Resolves complex problems by assessing multiple options and selecting the best course of action for the enterprise.Presents activity statuses to peers, technology leaders, and company leaders and advocates for the needs of the team.Works with direct reports to align technology resources to appropriate projects and workstreams, including managing departmental budgets.Reviews operational processes and implements or directs changes when needed.Partners with technology and business leaders to develop and recommend short- and long-term technology improvements and initiatives for the organization.Participates in external leadership and development activities to drive continuous technology improvements within the company.Nature and ScopeProblems are typically defined by higher level leadership. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Education and ExperienceTypically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
