As a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most. You'll build meaningful relationships with clients, identify their insurance needs, and provide personalized solutions that help them achieve peace of mind.

We welcome candidates who speak any additional language. We currently serve clients throughout Texas in 6+ languages such as: Spanish, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Arabic, and Coptic. Language skills are highly valued as we strive to better serve our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options.
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients remain properly protected as their needs change.
• Generate new business through referrals, outreach, and follow-up with warm and cold leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Assist clients in navigating insurance questions, coverage options, and policy changes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within agency systems.

Requirements

• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills strongly preferred (all languages encouraged to apply).
• Sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology and agency systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Property Casualty insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain licensing
