Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions.

• Document client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans with precision, adhering to regulatory standards and ensuring timely submission.

• Implement evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical team’s approach to diagnosis and treatment.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute positive behavior support strategies and plans.

• Engage actively in the licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and quality of care.

• Act as a liaison to various community service systems, state agencies, and partners to facilitate seamless service delivery and resource availability.

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels to uphold the agency's mission within the community.

• Forge relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to explore new partnership opportunities and funding sources.

Qualifications\n
