Sales Director- Industrial Manufacturing (AI) Location: Onsite - Redmond, WA 4x a week Compensation: $125K-$140K base, $250K-$280K OTE Direct Hire About the Role We're seeking a Sales Director who thrives in fastpaced, earlystage environments and knows how to build revenue engines from the ground up. This leader will own the full revenue P&L, drive new business acquisition, expand existing accounts, and develop strategic partnerships. This is a highimpact, highvisibility role for someone who combines hunter mentality , strong executive presence, and the ability to scale a sales organization in a manufacturingadjacent or industrial tech environment. What You'll Own Revenue Leadership Own the full revenue P&L, including new business, renewals, expansion, and partnerships Build and execute the gotomarket strategy for growth across key verticals Forecast, track, and optimize revenue performance across all channels Sales Execution Drive netnew acquisition with a hunter mindset Identify buying signals, navigate complex sales cycles, and close deals with Csuite and senior decision makers Lead strategic negotiations and enterpriselevel deal structuring Develop repeatable sales motions and scalable processes Team Building & Leadership Build and lead highperforming teams across: Sales Customer Success Partnerships Coach and mentor team members to exceed targets Establish KPIs, compensation structures, and performance frameworks CrossFunctional Impact Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align GTM strategy Influence product roadmap based on customer insights and market trends Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements Ideal Candidate Profile Proven success in manufacturing , industrial tech, or related sectors Experience in startup or earlystage environments where ambiguity is the norm Demonstrated ability to hunt, close, and expand enterprise accounts Strong executive communication skills and comfort selling to Csuite Track record of building and scaling revenue teams Deep understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue operations High ownership mindset - thrives in environments where they can build, lead, and innovate Why This Role Direct ownership of revenue strategy and outcomes Ability to build a sales organization from the ground up High earning potential with shared upside tied to team success Compensation: $140K-$160K base, $250K-$300K OTE Structure: 50/5 0 split, commission + shared % of team performance across renewals, new business, expansion, and partnerships Opportunity to shape the company's growth trajectory during a pivotal stage Benefits include: - Stock options - Dental, medical and vision insurance - Unlimited PTO - Sick days (as required by state and local regulations).
