Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients, including assessment, individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling, focusing on those managing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, client-centered care plans that integrate diverse services and resources, ensuring seamless coordination and communication among clients, families, and other health providers.

• Monitor client progress through ongoing assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on presenting problems or external factors.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, ensuring that every intervention is appropriate for the client’s age, development stage, and presenting issues.

• Manage a client caseload effectively while ensuring timely documentation, reporting, and adherence to performance goals.

• Provide on-call coverage outside of regular hours, contributing to the flexible support our clients often require.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
