Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a coordination point across IT business units to maintain alignment, and operational continuity.

Attend leadership and stakeholder meetings to capture key decisions, action items, and follow up activities.

Monitor action items and commitments, proactively following up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

Coordinate cross-functional meetings, agendas, and strategic calendars to support organizational priorities.

Maintain visibility into ongoing initiatives, dependencies, and upcoming milestones across multiple teams.

Help identify competing priorities, scheduling conflicts, and potential gaps in coordination before they become issues.

Support operational planning activities by ensuring the appropriate stakeholders are engaged and deliverables remain on track.
