Wholesale Fulfillment Coordinator & Delivery Driver

La Patisserie is seeking a dependable, organized Fulfillment Coordinator & Delivery Driver to join our team in Austin.This position includes daily driving and deliveries throughout Austin. The role combines wholesale fulfillment, delivery logistics, team communication, and administrative support. The ideal candidate enjoys organization, takes ownership of details, communicates well, and can work independently as well as collaboratively.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of hospitality, driving, logistics, operations, and service while playing an important role in a growing business.ResponsibilitiesDrive daily wholesale, special order, and inter-store delivery routes throughout AustinLoad, transport, deliver, and merchandise pastries, desserts, and bakery products safely and accuratelyPrepare, organize, and verify wholesale orders before deliveryEnsure order accuracy and product qualityCoordinate delivery routes and schedulesCommunicate with wholesale customers regarding deliveries and special requests as neededAssist with order tracking, invoicing, and wholesale administrationPrint labels and organize paperwork for bakery and wholesale ordersHelp maintain inventory of packaging and delivery suppliesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization within the wholesale programAssist with bakery and caf setup as neededSupport marketing initiatives, including postcard drops and local outreach effortsFollow food safety, sanitation, and product handling proceduresQualificationsValid Texas driver's license and insurable driving recordCurrent Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire, company will reimburse employee for exam/cert with receipt)Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailDependable, punctual, and self-motivatedComfortable working independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and customer service skillsComfortable using Slack, email, spreadsheets, and basic administrative toolsHospitality, logistics, operations, bakery, or administrative experience is a plusScheduleTypical shift begins at 6:30 AMPart-time or full-time depending on candidate availability and interestThis role could be ideal for someone who enjoys starting their day early, working independently, and having afternoons available for school, family commitments, a second job, or personal pursuits.
