• Facilitate specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, assist in the training of new staff or interns, and uphold high laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe laboratory environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree in preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment tenure.
