Job Title: Senior Accountant – Fixed Assets & Leases

Pay: $110k - $120k base, plus bonus, equity potential

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office)

About The Company:

Our client is a global technology organization that values innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth is looking for a Senior Fixed Asset Accountant. The company provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment alongside professionals across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, depreciation, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Perform lease accounting activities in accordance with ASC 842.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and other month-end close activities.
• Identify ways to improve accounting procedures, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and analysis.
• Contribute to accounting projects, system improvements, and other cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a public company
• Experience with fixed asset accounting and ASC 842 lease accounting.
• Experience with an enterprise level ERP ie, Oracle, SAP
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking abilities, and xxcellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
