Closd propose la fois une solution de data room et une plateforme de gestion des oprations juridiques.
La socit a t rachete par LexisNexis leader de l'information et des donnes juridiques en France. L'entreprise s'appuie sur une expertise ditoriale centenaire et sur la matrise de technologies comme l'intelligence artificielle (IA gnrative, machine learning, NLP, etc.) pour concevoir, en collaboration avec nos clients et de faon agile, des solutions de rfrence comme Lexis 360 intelligence et Lexis Poly.

Descriptif du poste :
L'quipe Sales est la recherche de leur nouvel Account Executive pour renforcer son impact sur le march (France + UE) !
Nous avons la chance d'adresser un march encore considr en partie comme un ocan bleu en France et en Europe. Le but est d'vangliser nos prospects et de les aider dans la transition digitale de leurs pratiques juridiques et financires.
Nos cibles sont composes des Directions juridiques des entreprises, des Banques d'Affaires et des Cabinet d'Avocats d'affaires.
L'opportunit propose correspond une position de Sales Full Cycle - prospection/ signatures premiers contrats / Farming (1 an).
Les missions:
Prospection :
- Identifier et contacter de nouveaux clients potentiels
- Rechercher des opportunits commerciales dans le march cible
Discovery/ Solution Call :
- Identifier en profondeur les problmatiques prospects
- Prsenter les fonctionnalits et avantages du logiciel SaaS lors de runions ou de dmonstrations en fonction des problmatiques identifies
Ngociation :
- tre capable de gnrer de nouveaux clients en restant fidle au Value Selling
Veille concurrentielle et networking :
- Suivre les volutions du march et les activits des concurrents
- Marquer une prsence auprs de la cible (events/ afterwork etc.)
Atteinte des objectifs de vente :
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance et ajuster les stratgies en consquence
Profil recherch :
La capacit principale pour convaincre notre cible est d'tre capable de vendre de la valeur perue grce la valeur oprationnelle de l'outil.
Notre but n'est pas de vendre nos features type "partage documentaire - signature lectronique etc." mais plutt de projeter le prospect dans la solution que cela reprsente pour lui : transparence envers son client final, moins de saturation de ses quipes et donc moins de turnover, le simple fait de pouvoir rentrer plus tt chez soi le soir etc.
