Founded in 2020 by Arnaud, a former founding member of Mirakl, Djust is the first eCommerce SaaS solution 100% dedicated to B2B players. Professional buyers today expect the same shopping experience as private individuals. However, the tools they use on a daily basis are not "digital native". These are often ERP, EDI, or even fax solutions that no longer meet their needs.

Our mission? To help B2B players (industrials, distributors, wholesalers,...) of all types of industries (construction, food, health,...) to accelerate their digitalization, by offering them a simple and quick way to launch their B2B digital platform.

Job Description

In the context of our commercial development, we are looking for an Account Executive Mid-Market (H/F) to accelerate our growth and consolidate our presence in the French market. Based in Paris, within the Sales team, you will have a key and autonomous role to conquer the Mid-Market segment. If you master a third language, you will be able to expand to other markets (German or Spanish). You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing.

Your main missions will be:

  • Create and develop commercial opportunities in the French market:
    • Actively prospect target companies (Mid-Market) through a multi-channel approach (cold call, cold email, social selling).
    • Engage key decision-makers (C-level, E-commerce Directors, CIOs) with a consultative approach focused on their challenges.
    • Identify and mobilize "champions" internally to facilitate sales cycles.
  • Manage deals from A to Z:
    • Lead the sales cycle independently: qualification, demo, offer construction, negotiation.
    • Manage closing and accompany the contractual signing process.
    • Ensure a smooth transition with the Customer teams after the signature.
  • Contribute actively to the commercial strategy:
    • Be the relay of market feedback to evolve our product and our discourse.
    • Participate in the continuous improvement of sales processes and share best practices within the team.

You will be in close collaboration with the Head of Sales, the rest of the Sales team, as well as the product, marketing, and tech functions.

Profile Sought

  • Bilingual French and indispensable English.

  • A real plus: Mastery of a third language (ideally German or Spanish) would be a valuable asset to support our future international development (18-month horizon).

  • Successful experience in complex sales in a B2B SaaS environment on the Mid-Market segment.

  • Excellent commercial temperament: hunter at heart, you like to convince and never give up until closing.

  • Structured mindset, capable of managing sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

  • Pronounced taste for tech and the SaaS ecosystem.
