This position provides assistance with full cycle recruitment, job postings and internal processes. As a city employee, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, a secure pension plan, performance pay incentives, and the opportunity to grow your professional career while making a meaningful difference in our community.Here's what you can expect to do:Partner with departments and hiring managers to create and develop job postings and recruitment materials.Communicate and respond timely to routine applicant inquiries.Assist the team and departments with open houses, career fairs, and digital and print recruitment efforts, including handouts, job lists, and social media postings.Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team.Track and maintain recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.Provide technical support to candidates and hiring managers using the applicant tracking system.For more information and essential functions, see our job description.Information specific to this position: This position is located at 25 West 4th Street, Annex Building. You will work a flexible (core hours are 8:00 to 4:30) hybrid schedule which requires designated days in the office, with Wednesday being a mandatory office day. Note: An Associate's Degree can be substituted for two years of experience.
