Location: Twin Cities, MN | Onsite
Compensation: Up to $80,000 + Bonus + ESOP + Benefits

We are recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist to join a well-established, employee-owned company in the Twin Cities area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys the people side of human resources and wants a role where they can have a real impact. You'll work closely with employees and managers across the organization while gaining broad exposure to employee relations, recruiting, performance management, HR operations, and other areas of HR.

This is an onsite position.
What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as a primary HR resource for employees, answering questions and helping address workplace concerns.
• Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and other personnel issues.
• Manage and support recruiting activities including job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, background checks, and onboarding.
• Conduct new employee orientation.
• Maintain employee information within the HRIS and ensure personnel records and documentation remain accurate and compliant.
• Coordinate leaves of absence including FMLA, short-term disability, and applicable state leave programs.
• Support HR activities associated with company acquisitions and organizational growth.
• Participate in continuous improvement, safety, and other company initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR Generalist or comparable broad-based HR experience.
• Strong recruiting and interviewing experience.
• Experience working directly with employees and coaching managers through HR and performance-related situations.
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative and approachable personality with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel occasionally to other company locations.

The anticipated base salary is up to $80,000 , depending upon experience.
