LOCATION: Bentonville, AR Date: 2/1/17 – 12/1/17 (possible extensions) Skills The ideal candidate will have general knowledge across multiple software/hardware platforms and the ability to troubleshoot and take corrective actions based on documented process and procedures. Have a positive attitude and demonstrate tact as well as sensitivity in customer situations as well as communications while projecting a positive image. The candidate will also have an understanding of Change Control and Escalation processes. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills Must Have Strong skills with AIX 5.2/5.3/6.1 and SUSE Linux SLES 10/11 Operating System in large enterprise environment. Good understanding of XEN virtualization, Pacemaker and DRBD on SUSE Linux in large enterprise environment. Knowledge of Windows 2003/2008 Operating System Knowledge of Vormetric Encryption on AIX and SUSE Linux Operating System Strong skills with Incident and Change management using Remedy 7 Strong skills with Shell Scripting (Korn, Bash, Perl) Strong Leadership skills Basic to Intermediate HW Skills to include Blades (JS & HS) Advance Management Modules & Nortel Switches EMC Clarion Storage Basic to Intermediate SW Skills to include AIX OS Maintenance Level and SUSE Linux Service Pack updates Basic to Intermediate Networking Skills to include VLAN/bonding (configuration and troubleshooting) Nice to have but not required would be Experience with Retail Industry Infrastructure #J-18808-Ljbffr Artech Information System LLC
