Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, families, and groups.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Work collaboratively with psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers to develop holistic care strategies that address the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay current with developments in the mental health field.

• Advocate for clients and facilitate access to additional resources and community services as necessary.

Qualifications\n
