Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to appropriate staff members.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases efficiently.
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure availability.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Greet visitors and provide support to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
