Plumbing Service Technician

Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is growing and we’re hiring an experienced Service Plumber to join our North Bay team. We serve customers across the San Francisco Bay Area, with work throughout Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties. This is a full‑time, field‑based position focused on residential and light commercial service work. Top performers in this role earn strong income through a combination of hourly pay and commission‑based earnings. About the Role As a Service Plumber at Bellows, you’ll diagnose plumbing issues, present solutions to customers, and complete repairs while delivering a great customer experience. You’ll run your own service calls, manage your jobs throughout the day, and stay connected with dispatch and operations. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working directly with customers, and maximizing their earning potential.
