Accounting Manager

Join a dynamic, independently operated luxury resort where you will play a key leadership role in overseeing financial operations across a multi-property hospitality environment. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact accounting processes, partner with executive leadership, and contribute to a culture rooted in genuine hospitality and service excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP and USALI
  • Manage general ledger activity and month-end close
  • Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support cash management and financial reporting
  • Assist with audits and compliance requirements
  • Lead and develop accounting team members
  • Collaborate with operational leaders across departments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 5–10 years of hospitality accounting experience
  • 3–5+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
  • Experience with accounting systems (Sage, Opera preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in an independent, non-corporate environment
