Job Summary:
Seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to provide specialized patient care across multiple intensive care units, including Stroke/Neuro, Cardiac, Trauma, and General. The role requires flexibility to float between units and adherence to strict safety and dress code standards.
Responsibilities:
- Administer comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Monitor patient conditions closely, utilizing advanced clinical skills to respond to changes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with facility policies.
- Adhere to infection control protocols, including COVID vaccination requirements.
- Maintain compliance with training modules and certifications, including ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
Qualifications:
- Must possess valid state nursing license at the time of submission.
- Require current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Demonstrate experience with various ICU specialties, including stroke, neuro, cardiac, trauma, or general.
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with flexibility for float assignments.
- First-time travelers considered; previous travel experience preferred.
- Willingness to comply with facility dress code and safety standards.
