Step into a meaningful role supporting students through occupational therapy in a collaborative school-based environment. This part-time contract opportunity offers the chance to work across two elementary school settings while providing valuable occupational therapy services to young learners.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure is required.
• School-based occupational therapy experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, families, and school staff.
• Ability to provide individualized occupational therapy services based on students’ educational needs.

Role Highlights and Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services approximately 4 days per week.
• Serve as a second OT at Cloverdale Elementary, providing services for approximately 0.3 FTE.
• Provide proportionate-share occupational therapy services at St. Isadore, approximately 0.1 FTE.
• Collaborate with school teams to support students’ participation and success within the educational environment.
• Complete appropriate documentation and communicate student progress with relevant educational professionals.

Schedule Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: June 9, with the possibility of an earlier end date depending on emergency days used.
