We are seeking a motivated and bilingual sales professional who enjoys meeting customers, providing solutions, and helping families improve their homes. This position offers pre-qualified appointments so you can focus on building relationships and closing sales.
Responsibilities- Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments
- Conduct in-home consultations and evaluations
- Explain products and services in English and Spanish
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build trust and maintain a professional customer experience
- Complete agreements and documentation accurately
- Follow company sales processes and performance expectations
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working directly with homeowners
- Reliable transportation
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Pre-scheduled appointments
