Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop strong and trusting relationships with patients to facilitate effective therapy.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and formulate appropriate treatment plans based on individual needs and circumstances.

• Provide therapy sessions for individuals and couples, tailoring methodologies to suit varying therapeutic approaches.

• Consult with clients regularly to offer counseling and adjust treatment plans as necessary, directly addressing their evolving needs.

• Continuously evaluate patient progress and adapt intervention strategies to foster improvement in mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals experiencing various mental health issues, couples navigating relationship challenges, and families seeking guidance. This role places you at the forefront of enhancing each client’s overall quality of life by helping them address issues ranging from anxiety and depression to complex relational dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic techniques and methodologies designed for family dynamics.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
