About the Position

Job Title

RN - Operating Room (OR)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | 4x10-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care within an Orthopedic Operating Room setting
• Support orthopedic, joint replacement, and neurosurgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout the perioperative process
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties as required during surgical cases

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Georgia or a compact state license
• BLS certification required
• Demonstrated OR nursing experience with a strong orthopedic background
• Proficiency in joint replacement and neurosurgical procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in both scrub and circulating roles within the OR
• Familiarity with orthopedic instrumentation and implant systems
• Prior experience in a high-volume acute care surgical environment
