We are seeking an experienced and strategic PPC Specialist to join our growing law firm. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing leader who understands how to drive measurable results in a legal environment, particularly within personal injury or plaintiff-focused practices.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and executing digital marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads, optimize intake performance, and support overall firm growth. We are looking for someone who can own the marketing function, manage campaigns from strategy to execution, and deliver consistent, data-driven outcomes.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with firm growth goals
  • Oversee and manage all digital channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, and content marketing
  • Build and optimize lead generation funnels focused on case acquisition and intake performance
  • Manage paid media budgets effectively to maximize ROI and signed cases
  • Implement tracking and analytics systems to measure campaign performance and conversions
  • Collaborate with intake teams to ensure seamless lead flow and conversion optimization
