What You'll Do In The Field Daily:

• Complete 4+ creative repairs on-site each day
• Work independently while delivering excellent customer service
• Problem-solve in diverse environments: apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, and more

Customer Service & Communication:

• Treat tenants, staff, and clients with professionalism and care
• Enter repair notes and updates in our CRM/dispatch system
• Collaborate with our Support Team when unique challenges arise

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in any manual trade (construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting, etc.)
• Facility maintenance experience helpful but not required
• Ability to see, distinguish, and match colors accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
